WHAT ARE PATCH CLUB PATCHES?
Patch Club patches are hydrocolloid acne patches designed to absorb impurities, protect breakouts from bacteria and help reduce the appearance of pimples while you wear them.
HOW DO THEY WORK?
Hydrocolloid technology draws out excess fluid from the breakout while creating a protective barrier against dirt, bacteria and picking. Less touching means happier skin.
HOW LONG SHOULD I WEAR ONE?
For best results, wear your patch for 6–8 hours or overnight. Remove it once the patch turns white from absorbing impurities.
ARE THEY SAFE FOR SENSITIVE SKIN?
Yes. Our patches are vegan, latex-free and suitable for most skin types, including sensitive skin. If irritation occurs, discontinue use.
DO THEY WORK ON EVERY PIMPLE?
They're most effective on pimples with surface fluid (whiteheads). For deep cystic acne, they help protect the area but won't remove the breakout overnight.
HOW MANY PATCHES ARE INCLUDED?
Each pack contains 32 hydrocolloid star patches in one color.
Can I Return My Order?
For hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare products, including pimple patches, cannot be returned.
Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are sealed, unused, and in their original condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving the wrong item or a damaged product.

If your package is delayed, please check your tracking information first. If the tracking shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check your mailbox, with your neighbours, at your building reception, in safe places around your address, and whether someone else in your household accepted the package. Please contact us within 7 days of the delivery status showing as delivered.
If your order arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. If an item is missing from your order or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days. When contacting us, include your order number, clear photos, and a short explanation of the issue.
